Ok well it has been a while and i'll try and bring you back up to speed!

We have a roof:



Networking cables:
Bricks:
Plaster is in:

Still waiting on bricks to be finished and today they were still working when I went up at 6pm finishing the plaster... its all going so quickly!

    Hi CiNnY,
    It seems be a quite good progress for your house with Henley. We are too building with them, Regatta 288 in wester suburb and in Tender stage on 7th July.
    Hopefully ours too will go this fast.
    Just wondering how much your site cost was.
    Any other info we need to know before singing Tender will be quite helpful.

    site costs were around $6000..... our network cabling was done by a friend who is an electrician!
